Reactive UK works with fire and security companies and sub contractors all over the country. If you get an emergency call-out which you need someone to attend, that's where we can help. Our service is designed to improve your call-out response times, and keeping your engineers on the jobs you need them on.
If you have an emergency call-out which you cannot attend whether your own engineers too busy or the call-out is too far away, we use our extensive list of vetted and trusted companies who can attend in your absence.
Improves response times, keeps you within your SLA targets, retain your engineers on day jobs, keeps your customers satisfied. Also creates another stream of revenue if you wish to also take on call-outs.
We get this question often. All companies who attend another's call-out are requested to wear plain clothing and a plain hi-viz. Sign written vans are asked to park nearby rather than on site where possible. We encourage customers to inform their clients that their call-out company are attending today on their behalf.
Call-out charges vary on location and expenses, such as parking. Please speak to your account manager for pricing, but we understand you don't want to be paying out more than you will earn for a call-out so all rates are pre-agreed.
All companies registered with us are vetted and reviewed before joining us. All call-out job sheets are reviewed by us as well as you, so we are constantly checking the work is being done to a high and professional standard.
